Download Adblock Plus here, then to install on your Android.
Then open and run AdBlock Plus by turning Filtering to ON.
Next, Go to Settings> WiFi, then select WiFi is being used then hold until the Popup as below, and select Modify network.
After that, Tick on the "Show advanced options". Then, change the Proxy from "None" to "Manual". In the column contents with the hostname localhost, and the contents of the column Proxy port 2020. (Port may differ, please check the toggle bar). If it is - click SAVE.
